It is a good idea to begin wedding dress shopping 10-12 months in advance of your wedding date. In an ideal world you would purchase your gown 8 months ahead, allowing plenty of time for any alterations. Depending on the label most wedding dresses can take 4-6 months to be made and arrive in our store. Some labels have a quicker turnaround. We can advise turnaround times at the time of your consultation.
Yes please – every bride is important to us and we wish to set aside plenty of time so our clients can discuss their ideas and try on dresses in a relaxed and private environment. Please either phone or email to secure a booking. If we are available we are happy for customers to phone and see if they can pop in to view our gowns as listed on our website.
Yes we charge $50 for all initial bridal consultations. If you require further appointments then there will be no charge within a 3 month period. Once a purchase of wedding dress has been made the initial consultation fee is deducted from the invoice. We ask you to pay in advance the $50 booking fee to secure your appointment. We understand that life sometimes interferes with all well made plans so if you need to reschedule or cancel we will refund or transfer your consultation fee within the following guidelines:
For all weekday appointments: – cancelled up until the same day of appointment.
Weekend Appointments: – cancelled within 48 hours notice of your appointment.
